The Ghost Festival is one of the notable occasion that falls on the fourteenth day of the seventh month of lunar calendar. Why it called Ghost Month?! Regarding to Chinese custom, the gate of Hell will be opened and enable the spirits of dead to roam the earth. During this festival, people are preparing prayer papers for burning, fresh food, and the concert-like performance for the celebration. It is because the living descendant are paying respects to their ancestors or to their deceased parents.
As this festival involves loaf spirits, we were always advised dos and don'ts by elderly. For instances, not to wander on the streets at night, not go swimming at night, don't step on food and burned paper offerings, and don't dry off the cloths at night time. What else? Since the Ghost Fest will be held for a month-long that comes with the atmosphere of dire. Let's share some of your dreadful experiences with me. Enjoy!!

I don't have anything to share or happen during the 7th month of the lunar calender. Mine happens in KTV, twice to be specific but since after that I'm not scare of it anymore.
Sometimes I work late, I walk on the street alone even pass the big party they have for the spirited away. I guess as long as you don't think of fear about it...it is actually nothing :)

as promised...a ghost story.
this happens few years back @ redbox pyramid. room no.3 a big room. It was my friend's bday party. One of my friend and I were sitting on the short bench where only two of us. Suddenly we felt something push our back and we both turned and look @ each other n pop the same question "you pushed the chair" and both answered "NO". We already suspected something and of course I didn't want to believe it.
So I turned and know the partition wall to see whether it's partition board but to my surprise it's a solid brick wall so it couldn't be next room pushing the wall.
the pushing on our back happen from bad to worst and finally my friend and I left before 12. That was the first time experiencing it. Few months later I went to another KTV in mid valley, now already close down...the same thing happen...I was more calm this time and just cont singing :)
yes, it's 3am and I'm here again...and there are more storied that has something related to hotels...I wonder whether is it good to share it here...LOL
